Solo Experiences
[/penci_fancy_heading]
If you have had a chance to check out my bucket list, you will notice that it is extremely long. People always ask me do I ever expect to complete it. My answer is always NO! Not only is it already long, but I add to it almost ever year. I am committed to do at least five things on my list a year and many times, and the only way I can achieve that is to sometimes go it alone.
I was an only child till I was a teenager, so I have never been afraid of being by myself. It does not mean that I do not enjoy the company of others. I have had a lot of friends, family, and significant others help me check off many bucket list items making those experiences even more special. But, I will not wait for anyone to live life. It is way too short, unpredictable, and full of challenges. If I always waited for others to do things I enjoyed, then I would not have made so much progress on my my bucket list os far.
While solo experiences are not for everyone, I am hoping that by talking about it will help people to not be afraid of getting out there and trying things by themselves too.
